We respect your time and do our very best to honor our appointment schedule. However, due to the unpredictable nature of our specialty, occasional disruptions do occur.
Just as we strive to adhere to our appointment schedule, we ask that our patients do the same. If you need to reschedule or verify your appointment, we ask that you cancel or change appointments as soon as you know you have another commitment. In consideration of other patients, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
Please be aware that our nuclear stress tests require that we order isotopes for your test on the day before it is performed. Therefore, failure to keep this appointment or cancel it 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of $150.00. Nuclear medicine cancellations must be made at least a day in advance during regular business hours.

Test Results
To protect patient confidentiality, test results are provided only to the referring physician and the patient unless we have written permission to release the information to another party. Patients are notified by telephone or mail. Therefore, it is important that your name, address, business and home telephone numbers remain up to date in our records.
